This survey was designed to get feedback from those of you who do not regularly attend meetings or otherwise participate in the alumni association. We are doing everything we can to increase alumni participation and need your help in identifying things that should (or should not) be done to accomplish this. Please answer the questions below and submit your form. The results will be anonymous, but you may indicate your name and/or e-mail address if you prefer. 1. Approximately how many TSU Alumni meetings have you attended in Atlanta? What is your main reason for not attending regularly?

2. What was your impression on how the meetings were conducted?
